Abstract
It has long been known of the beneficial effects of nature on human health. However, more and more, the human being is disconnected from nature. Unfortunately, our routine takes us further and further away from nature and this can be harmful to our body and mind. What implications does the lack of such contact with nature have for society as a whole? This manuscript, which is a bibliographic review, based on the psychobiological perspective, covers this subject and proposes some solutions to this issue.
