INTRODUCTION TO THE PROBLEM OF CREATION OF ELECTRONIC COURSES FOR DISTANCE LEARNING OF POSTGRADUATES

The topical issues of the organization and design of electronic courses for distance learning for discipline of "Information technologies in education" in postgraduate study of the North Caucasian Federal University are considered in the article. The need of integration of information technologies into educational process and scientific researches of any direction of training of postgraduate students is justified; the issues of experimental confirmation of need of use of modern software of development of electronic distance courses for information disciplines are touched upon.
