Beck depression inventory (BDI) construct by Beck, et al (1961) was used to measure depression of the grey-collar workers . The design which was used to conceptualize the study and analyze the data was 2x2 factorial design with two indepandent variables: one being before and after conditions of vipassana therapy and another being gender of the respondents.
