Abstract

The article considers the study results of the unique phenomenon ? the occurrence of baro electromotive force at the interface of superionic conductor and electrode under the influence of an external load. Currently, the studies of so-called superionic conductors, that exhibit special physical properties at low temperatures, become more relevant. In the ion conduction system of the low-temperature electrolyte, the pressure, connected with a flow of direct current, was observed. Thus, the pressure increase was accompanied by elastic and then plastic deformation of the system materials. The authors also present a phenomenological dependence of baro electromotive force on the mechanical voltage, applied to the solid.
