The Ethical Practices in the tourism Field and their Impact on employees' performance in Official Tourism Organization

Abstract
The study tried to shed light on two key variables: business ethics and job performance of official tourist organizations, through investigating the relationship between them and the impact on the tourism sector. The study was based on questionnaire forms to collect the data used in the study and the study population was the employees of the official tourist organizations in Alexandria. The current results have shown a statistically significant relationship between business ethics, (Honesty, workmanship, justice, time respect, and good treatment, transparency, integrity, participation and teamwork) and the level of job performance. Job performance relates significant with only two dimensions of business ethics. (transparency, integrity, and honesty).
