Abstract
This research deals with the history of the establishment of Mena House Hotel and its urban development and the most important political and social events in the corridors and sides of the hotel. The study seeks to develop proposals in order to contribute to the preservation of the heritage and sustainable character of the historic hotel and the rehabilitation of its ancient history and elevate it to the level of a distinct tourist pole. With historical and cultural backgrounds, visitors are able to understand the hotel's past and historical development. E, through outreach and preservation of buildings and heritage monuments.
