INNOVATIONS IN THE MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

In the study of the problem of implementation of innovative technologies in the management of edu- cational institutions" presents a theoretical analysis of the problem of implementation of innovative technologies; identified current trends in the management system of educational institutions clarified the content, structure and nature of the introduction of innovative technologies in the management of educational institutions. It becomes important not only and not so much to ensure the functioning of teaching staff (completion of professionalism, equipping it with means in accordance with the achieved level), but also to support their development. We pre- sent the main methods of diagnostics of management of educational institutions development; the analysis of practice of realization of innovative educational technologies in school is carried out; the developed and realized innovative technology of management of educational institutions in system of school development is described. The analysis of results of experimental work is carried out and on its basis methodical recommendations on crea- tion of innovative technologies in management of educational institutions are developed. In the course of our research, we summarized the results of the study, presented conclusions, identified the main directions of further research search
