PAINTING ART OF THE NATIONAL ARTIST OF AZERBAIJAN YUSIF HUSEYNOV

The article discusses the work of the People's Artist of Azerbaijan Yusif Huseynov. The pictures of the artist, presented in the genre of portraiture and still life, are analyzed. Laconicism, gentle coloring, lyrical tendencies are reflected in portrait works created by the artist. A feature of his portraits is the individuality, ex- pression and reflection of the inner world of the portrayed. Yusif Huseynov's other favorite genres were land- scape and still life. The artist liked to display nature; flowers look especially graceful in his works. It is noted that the paintings of the famous artist left a deep and indelible mark in the fine arts of Azerbaijan, contributing to the development of national art
