Abstract
New progressive forms of interconnection of territorial production entities of social infrastructure in the form of local and global clusters are proposed.
Calculations were made and new groups of regions were identified according to the degree of development and the level of utilization of the resource potential. For this purpose, a cluster approach and a system of indicators by the main blocks (natural resource, production, labor, financial, infrastructure, investment character) were used. Taking into account the scale and closed production cycles on the basis of resource potential and information capabilities in territorial production entities, the ability to initiate the further introduction of new activities through the development of new types of projects is ensured.
