Abstract
In order to support ecologically the water use regulation mechanism, we have developed a simple, pragmatic, reliable, transparent, and objective system of water/protective standards for revealing, estimation and confirmation of the integrated negative impact of economic activities upon used water bodies and substantiation of ecological/economic expedience of the recommended measures adoption.
