THEORETICAL PRINCIPLES OF FORMAͳ TION THE PLATFORM OF SYSTEMIC INTERͳ ACTIONS OF LAND RESOURCE AND MARͳ KET CYCLES OF DEVELOPMENT

Global trends in the development of economic theory and methodology today demonstrate to the urgent need to formulate a new conceptual framework for economic relaƟons, regulate them, conduct a new economic policy, and turn to the newest vision of economic pracƟce, in parƟcular in the field of nature using. The above factors also determine the choice of research direcƟon for the systemic interacƟon of land resource and market cycles of development. The purpose of this arƟcle is to invesƟgate the conceptual foundaƟons of forming a platform for systemic interacƟons between the land-resource and market cycles of development to ensure social well-being and sustainable spaƟal development of the country. The achievement of this purpose necessitated the following tasks: to define the goals, the aim of the plaƞorm of systemic interacƟons of the land resource and market cycles of development and to determine the structure of the interconnected elements of the plaƞorm at the naƟonal level. As a result, the theoreƟcal principles of formaƟon a plaƞorm of systemic interacƟons of land resource and market cycles of development are invesƟgated; in parƟcular the idenƟficaƟon of its system characterisƟcs is made in the arƟcle. The structure of the interconnected elements of the system interacƟon plaƞorm at the naƟonal level is outlined. The goals and purpose of its funcƟoning are determined and the aim of the first one to achieve the goal – to ensure public well-being and sustainable spaƟal development of the country is jusƟfied, as well as the funcƟons of the plaƞorm of systemic interacƟons of land resource and market cycles of development at the naƟonal level.
