Abstract

The peculiarities of experiencing of personal well-being of psychologists, social workers and social pedagogues depending on the experience of private professional practice are investigated. A slightly higher indicator of the general level of personal well-being and its components was revealed: personal fulfillment of life, personal self-efficacy and harmony, professional competence and self-realization, professional-organizational motivation, professional development and achievements of psychologists, social workers and social pedagogues with experience of private professional practice, compared with specialists without experience of private practice. Psychologists, social workers and social pedagogues with experience in private professional practice have more opportunities to implement a personal project of life and the realization of professional capacity to achieve the vital and socially important goals set, and having the opportunity to work with different categories of clients, they realize a wider range of professional functions performed. The statistically significant dependence of personal self-efficacy on the availability of experience of private professional practice has been revealed, which shows that the experience of private practice gives more personal freedom to psychologists, social workers and social educators to independently provide various areas of their own life. Private practice significantly expands the professional experience and competence of psychologists, social workers and social educators, and, consequently, affects the level of their personal well-being in the context of personal self-efficacy.
