In this paper, it is necessary to identify the characteristics of human capital through consideration of various approaches. For this, the essence of the concept of "human capital" is determined. It is also necessary to determine the types of human capital and characterize them. To identify the features of human capital, the paper considers and analyzes theoretical approaches to the structure of human capital.
