Abstract
Even though ergonomics has been a widely held area of study for decades, it's only lately become significant for many employers. Just by keeping the human resource safe and comfortable in their respective work places, organisations can be sure of long-term employee satisfaction and steadily good job performances. Research has found that, relationships between well-being and a connection to cognitive ergonomics, a concept that divulges the integrative nature of human experience which can inform broader training and epistemology in ergonomics. The paper settles by bearing in mind the much desirable empirical survey. Also, this paper reviews the various aspects of ergonomics which lead to the psychological well-being of the employees in an organisation
