INNOVATIVE MANAGEMENT METHODS IN TERMS OF THE INFORMATION BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT AT THE ENTERPRISE

The current market environment develops under the effects of globalization against the background of the absolute spread of information technology and digital devices. The business development factors that shape its operating environment are constantly being modified and, accordingly, require recent management tools, thus urging this research. The objective of this article is to find innovative management methods in a modern business environment at the enterprise. A number of tasks have been set to achieve this objective, their fulfilment resulted in the findings which represent scientific value of the article. The use of a set of general scientific and special methods of economic research, a thorough analysis of literary sources and trends in the development of the modern market allowed stating a number of important provisions. The author formulates his own vision of the essence of the concept of business environment, which is defined as a set of interrelated business entities and factors influencing business processes. The article describes the structuring and concretization of individual elements of the business environment by separate management levels.Having considered the basic directions of development and the content of innovative management methods and combining them with the outlined features of the information business environment, the author managed to distinguish those of them that will become the most effective in the information business environment. We structured them in the form of logistics of innovative management from the standpoint of information and technological development. Distinguished techniques accentuated by particular tools enable consistent implementation of innovative management at all levels of the information business environment.
