Abstract

Employee Engagement is emerging as an essential concept for every organization. It is the level of employee commitment and involvement towards organization and its culture. Employee engagement has direct impact on the organizational performance. An Engaged employee can contribute their efforts to perform in an effective way because level of employee engagement makes them aware about business context, job objectives and works with the coworkers. Research identified four key factors which impacting on the employees to improve the level of engagement in L & T Info Tech through previous survey on “Identifying drivers of employee engagement @ L & T Info Tech”. This study aimed to achieve the impact of Employee engagement drivers on level of Employee Engagement and to identify the impact of Employee engagement level on performance of the both employee and organization in L & T Info Tech at Bangalore. After using the regression model final results of this study were explored that the significance value of the study is less than 0.05, it indicated that variables are significant. And Based on the Beta value (two hypotheses respectively 0.64 and 0.54) drivers of employee engagement positively impact the improving level of employee engagement, level of employee engagement is impacting the direct impact on the performance of both employee and organization at L & T InfoTech.
