Abstract
Using Cloud computing the users can able to access and control the data saved on the remote server using internet connection. Smart devices are also used to access the data from the cloud storage. Various applications and processing services will be delivered to the user as a service through internet. Many healthcare organizations store their patient's sensitive data on cloud environment. Securing patients sensitive health data is challenging issue in cloud environment. To overcome this problem a new privacy model can be developed in this research. Using 2D IIR filter the patients data is filtered and Filter vector is generated based on the proposed Glowworm Swarm-based Whale Optimization algorithm (GWOA). It is the combination of Glowworm Swarm Optimization (GSO) and Whale Optimization Algorithm (WOA). Finally, comparative study of the novel GWOA algorithm for the metrics, like utility, and privacy with key size 128 using Cleveland database.
