Abstract
Introduction: Rhinolithiasis is a rare pathology of which ethipathogeny is poorly understood. She has symptoms that can be easily mistaken for other more common clinical entities such as chronic rhinosinusitis. Nasal endoscopy allows diagnosis. Treatment is usually endoscopically surgical. The evolution is favorable. Materials and Methods: This is a retrospective study over a period spread between 2013 and 2020 on three cases diagnosed and treated in the ENT department and cervico-facial surgery at the HassanII University Hospital in Fez. We will study, the results of the physical examination, the appropriate diagnostic procedures and treatment options. Our data will be compared to the literature. Conclusion: Rhinolihiasis remains an unusual disease often diagnosed by endonasal endoscopy and / or imaging (CT) as part of the exploration of recurrent unilateral traumatic nasal symptomatology. Once recognized, and in the absence of associated lesions, its extraction by natural means leads to healing.
