Abstract
From 25 to 29 April 2016 the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russian Federation held the International Forum "Intellectual Property - XXI Century". This is a traditional event within the framework of the Days of Intellectual Property in Russia organized under the auspices of the World Organization Intellectual Property (WIPO). The list of organizers also included the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent), Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Court for Intellectual Property Rights. The program of the Forum included topics related to copyright, industrial design rights, rights to means of individualization, IP law enforcement practice, and intellectual property commercialization. The forum events were attended by representatives of federal and regional executive bodies, decision-makers in the field of intellectual property, IP experts, scientists, practitionaries, entrepreneurs etc.
