Abstract
Authentic Leadership is the key factor of an organization as it emphasizes on many other factors such as confidence level of employees, knowledgesharing behaviorof the organization any many other things.Inthis research we are working on the Type of tasks given by the leaders to the employees, this variable helps the leaders to work in an effective manner and employees to be more productive. Ourresearch objective is to provide opportunities to the employees so they can access new skills and to improve their self-efficiencies. AuthenticLeadership is the variable that is dependent on the independent variables that are knowledge sharing behavior, workgroup identificationandtypes of tasks are independent variables.Thetargetedmarket will be the managers (middle line especially)and sample size will be 50. Our questionnaire is made up forself-awareness, relational transparency and balanced processingSPSS was used to perform the statistical analysis. Each hypothesiswas tested;multiple regression analysiswasperformed.The basicgoal of this studyof our researchwas to explore the relations of authentic leadershipwith employees' knowledge sharing behaviorand possible intermediate process. The results werethat authentic leadership (AL)has a positive collaborationwith employees' workgroup identification, i.e. leaders who can easily grab the attraction oftheir employees' workgroup identificationare those who display a more aware, balanced, ethical, and transparent behavior.
