Abstract
The profound social, spiritual and economic shifts that are taking place in Ukraine today are pushing for the establishment of a person as the highest social value. This should not affect the management style in many areas of human activity and management education in particular. Now the state needs the new-model specialists – intellectual, creative, purposeful, dynamic with high spiritual needs. The higher educational institution is undergoing a process of modernization aimed at entering the European space, preserving national traditions of higher education, training internationally qualified and highly spiritual people capable of affirming and enriching spiritual values. In this regard, the problems of finding ways of spiritual and moral revival of the Ukrainian people remain urgent. In particular, the Government's program of activities states that Ukraine has entered a period of the spiritual uplift. The formation of a single, modern nation will be based on the affirmation of the principles of spirituality, development and preservation of cultural heritage, formation of a new attractive image of Ukraine. Therefore, special demands are placed on the educational institutions, which should carry out the task of preparing young people on the highest standards of universal human morality, on the basis of national-patriotic and spiritual values, and to create its new global thinking. Excessive intellectualization has helped to forget the spiritual beginning in human. Higher education in the teaching of sciences should be built educational process in such a way that the teacher not only acquainted the recipient with a certain amount of knowledge, but also helped to feel the responsibility of the scientist in society. Such interaction will help to shape not only the future professional in the broad sense of the word, but also the person capable of productive socially justified actions. The analysis of the problem of formation of spiritual values shows that it is one of the priority directions of the educational system of the ХХІst century. Such a mutually beneficial combination can be considered one of the most important factors in the renewal of spiritual values. Problems of the spiritual values instilling of the recipients for higher education as one of the priority directions of educational management is an integral part of the educational system of Ukraine. Development of social and humanitarian education is an integral part of the entire higher educational process. Social and humanitarian education plays an important role in the formation of integral knowledge in the system of sciences and contributes to the broadening of the outlook, intelligence, spirituality, deep thinking, and activation of the human position. At the same time, it is an important task to learn the world experience of social and humanitarian education in the conditions of activity of higher educational institutions of Ukraine, which will facilitate the widespread and creative use of this experience in the further personal practical activity. The latter aims to re-evaluate virtually all social and individual values and to form on this basis a new system of personal orientation. The new-model specialist must have a whole spectrum of socio-cultural skills. The practical realization of a certain task depends first of all on the general culture of a specialist who is able to navigate freely in social and natural conditions, to understand the peculiarities of the development of culture, to acquire scientific information. The educational professional must have a deep understanding of the place and role of educational processes and systems in the world cultural space, combining deep fundamental theoretical knowledge and practical training.
