Dear colleagues! Today the innovation reforms are steadily being performed by our society. On the 4th March 2014 the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation D.A. Medvedev held the meeting of the presidium of President’s Council on modernization of the economy and innovative development of the RF. As a result of this meeting the Resolutions on innovative development in construction industry were adopted on the 13th March 2014. The Resolutions provide for several commissions given to specialized ministries, national associations of self-regulatory construction organizations and institutes of development. The focus is on systematic application of information modeling technology to industrial and civil construction. One should note that Internet-Journal ?Nanotechnologies in Construction? has been reguraly issued for more than 5 years and it is a success not only with specialists in Russia but also abroad. The edition is included into the list of the leading peer reviewed journals of Higher Certification Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the RF, Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) and in other international citation systems: International standard serial numbering, Ulrich’s Periodicals Directory, Chemical Abstracts Service, EBSCO Publishing, Researchbib et al. According to electronic scientific library the impact- factor RSCI-2012 of the Internet-Journal ?Nanotechnologies in Construction ? was at the same level with the leading editions in construction (0,352).
