Abstract
The issues of optimizing food resources are relevant today, since their rational use has a positive impact on improving the efficiency of the final results of economic activities of correctional institutions by saving funds allocated from the Federal budget, and improper organization of balanced nutrition for various categories of persons serving sentences of deprivation of liberty entails systematic and significant violations of food security, which seriously hampers the development of the Penal system.
