PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL AUDIT IN RUSSIA

Currently, Russia does not have a legal framework for regulating environmental audit, which is a neg- ative factor for the development of environmental audit as an independent type of audit activity. Environmental issues are important both for Russia and for the international community, so the development of legal regulations is very relevant. The article considers the problems of formation of legislation regulating the procedure for envi- ronmental audit, and suggests ways to solve them
