THE ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE AND LEGAL ISSUES OF THE FOURTH PARTY LOGISTICS (4PL) IN THE AVIATION INDUSTRY OF RUSSIA

This article examines the potential performance of the Fourth Party Logistics (4PL) in the framework of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) programme executed by the enterprises of the Russian civil aviation. Furthermore, the conspicuous legal risks faced by the members of the supply chain are highlighted.
