Abstract
The research aims to evaluate whether aspects of resilience are addressed in the implementation of industry 4.0, for employees who will have technological unemployment. A case study with a multinational company with more than 10,0000 employees in the automotive sector, which already has experience in the implementation of Industry 4.0 in its processes. The results show the approach used for dismissal is directed to achieving the increase in operating results. In conclusion, the theme of resilience compared to Industry 4.0 and productivity is more researched in the world, although the research has not evidenced its use by the researched company, so there is a huge opportunity for schools (Learning Industries) and aquaculture companies to direct efforts to explore the characteristics of resilience and mitigate the impacts caused by technological unemployment on people and society.
