Abstract
The essence of the proposed approach sociometric mutual competence lies in the fact that members of the group asked to answer a series of questions, criteria aimed at identifying their relationship of mutual evaluations of competence personality and behavior through direct communication. Data recorded in a special table. Table constructed so that the applicants divided into groups, which number corresponds to the number of future experts in the expert group. Each group consists of experts contenders specific profile, required when survey specific object or process. With each group in the future will be selected only one specialist. Such a construction of the table associated with its analysis based method Veitch charts. This allows for a finite number of steps to get one or several expert groups with a maximum sociometric measure.
