Abstract
The article focuses on the construction of a hybrid model of the problem about the maximum flow of cargo in the matrix formulation with additional restrictions on the exportation of the product from the vendor groups and bandwidth of the connection between suppliers and consumers. The method of finding its optimal plan is proposed.
