Construction of model of criteria of estimation of efficiency and optimization of management processes by competitive edges in Institution of higher learning

The analysis of the processes of management by the components of competitive edges of higher educational establishments is conducted, the dependence of the summarizing functionally-statistical criterion of such processes has been received. It has been shown that it is possible to apply the model of Wilson as an ideal system and as a base case frame. The calculation formula of the criterion of estimation of efficiency and optimization of management by the components of competitive edges of higher educational establishments has been obtained. It summarizes in a complex form not only cost but also informative descriptions of process in the planned period for a certain time domain. The presented formula can be applied for the arbitrary real circumstances in the integrated organizationally-economic system. For the calculation of the indexes of efficiency and optimization of the processes of management by the components of competitive edges of higher educational establishments in the educational processes it is necessary to get the calculation values of information content in the real system, using the laws of distribution of change of levels of criterion of estimation of efficiency and optimization of the processes of management components for a higher educational establishment.
