FEDERAL STATE EDUCATIONAL STANDARD AS A GUARANTEE OF QUALITY OF NATIONAL EDUCATION

In modern society, the problem of improving the quality of professional training of specialists is increasingly being raised, since the conditions of fierce competition are rapidly developing in the labor market, which leads to an increase in the requirements for university graduates. In this regard, the need arose to modernize educational systems and improve the educational process aimed at providing the modern labor market with specialists with a high level of formed general professional competencies (GPC), professional competencies (PC) and universal competencies (UC). Today, special attention is paid to the issue of enhancing the educational and cognitive activity of students due to the formed competencies, as modern society requires future specialists: the ability to think, solve non-standard tasks and find alternative optimal solutions, comprehend the consequences of their activities for themselves and others. In the process of forming professionally important qualities of students – future specialists, improving national education, the main driving force is the success of the implementation and implementation of the new generation of Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education (FSES HE), within which the necessary competencies are formed in accordance with the professional standard. The process of implementing FSES HE is in itself a complex, technological procedure, requiring the search for joint solutions by competent specialists who are able to work in a new way using modern innovative technologies and programs. To solve this issue, it is necessary to develop innovative technologies, regulations, approaches, and concepts for improving higher education based on the introduction of new FSES HE in the educational process, thanks to which it is possible to influence the improvement of the quality of higher education, which in turn forms a competent specialist in the national region. It is the high level of formation of these competencies that will contribute to improving the quality of national education.
