Abstract
The article identifies the factors that cause the acceleration of the process of managing the creative development and creative activity of the HR of Ukrainian enterprises in the conditions of formation of the post-industrial economy, analyzes the views of scientists on the importance of the development of HR creativity in the context of the evolution of theories of HRM, the author's vision of the components of the system of management of creative development and creative activity of HR.
