Development of the method for determining the functionality of the remote information publishing system

This paper proposes a method that will allow for a reasonable choice of functionality that should have remote publishing information system (RPIS), developed on the basis of open source. The study is based on the use of such tools as artificial intelligence methods based on the rules of formal logic and analytic hierarchy process. For the most popular existing RPIS revealed a number of features they possess. Then, taking into account the needs of a particular enterprise, produced weighted sampling required functionality. The result of this method is a specific set of features that must be implemented in CMS when development on its basis RPIS.
