Mathematically uniform field of computer information: the construction of a high-level problem language

The main objectives of this study are: the development of formal logical foundations of a new paradigm, which introduces fundamental laws of nature such as coherency, self-organized criticality, catastrophicity, natural selection, etc. into the problem solution process; the construction of a sketch of the entity “information” from the observer’s standpoint; and the development of a cognitive model of programming languages and a possible stricture of a mathematically uniform field of computer information.
