Ontology development for subsystem of dynamic control of the current students progress

In this paper a domain ontology for electronic registry of current academic performance of students of the university was developed. Considerable attention is paid to modeling and tuning of the electronic journal as a data structure that changes its state during the time. That provides round the clock operation of the subsystem in real time. Using the Oracle Database and Oracle Application Express framework subsystem "Electronic Journal" was developed and put into operation at the Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics.
