Abstract
The analysis of the scientific literature in order to study the phenomenon of "distortion of information" as one of the factors reducing the success of interaction in isolation. Seventy-three people participated in the study. The results of a pilot study are presented, in which managers, employees and freelancers took part. Opti- mization of business processes and the development of digital competence of each employee are the main prob- lems of modern organizations
