Abstract
Following the analysis of the foreign legislation regulating the relations in the field of innovation and science, the expediency of legally supporting the innovative activity in the Donetsk People’s Republic has been substantiated by a special legislative act, clearly and thoroughly determining the fundamental provisions of such activity taking into account its peculiarities.
