Abstract
Yakaza, which is generally referred to a concept that means as waking up woolgathering, is one of sufic rank. Yakaza that is one of the discussed subjects in sufi discipline is given importance by some sufis as it is seen as oracle to meet the Prophet. Yakaza, which is derived from the remark of The Prophet “They will see me”, has been discussed as an unseen state. In classical sufi sources, there are narratives about states that some important persons experienced. Thus, yakaza is considered as a door opening to unseen and is of importance in terms of being a key of God's friend to see The Prophet. İmâmSüyûtî also answered the matter on the base of Koran and Sunnah as it is one of the most questioned matters among unseen problems. According to him, yakaza is a source of information and is a common state for Sufis, Allah's Friends, to see The Prophet in the state of yakaza, get news from Him and to hear Him. In the yakaza view of İmâm Süyûtî, it has been presented as an important issue in forms of good news, giveth, news, greeting, confirming the state, which direct Sufis'lives. Süyûtî also stated that this situation waking was realized by “learning from Allah” because of the lightening of the servant's mind and heart, therefore it is indicated that this is the gift and beneficence of Allah.
