Abstract
This paper is a continuation of articles’ series devoted to understanding and describing the science of translation in the Central Asian region. Our previous work “From the History of Translation Activity in Central Asia (XVI-XIX)” covered the formation of a translation in Kazakhstan from the XVI to the XIX and early XX centuries. The project is still open. It is aimed at studying the history of translation, reproduction of “lost knowledge” and does not lose its relevance due to the special attention of postSoviet Turkic-speaking states to translation activities.
