Abstract
‘Cultural identity’ concept of a student-philologist at national Komi-Permyak-Russian department of pedagogical University from the perspective of native and the Russian languages is examined in the article. The position of the Russian language as a value guideline for the development of bilingual personality for his/her successful socialization and adaptation in conditions of Russian educational communication at the university and in the Russian-speaking environment of Perm city is determined. Along with native language, student-bilingual should successfully master the Russian language as official one, the language of major, profession (teacher of Russian and Russian literature) to teach KomiPermyak students in bilingual environment of Komi-Permyak National Okrug. Linguistic markers of bilingual cultural identity in Komi-Permyak-Russian linguistic environment are foregrounded from the perspective of the Russian language.
