Abstract
Chronic stress above an individual’s capacity to cope, it affects the brain the immune system and endocrine system which ultimately caused chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disease, gastrointestinal disease, metabolic Syndrome and chronic pain however these diseases are the major causes of death worldwide. Stress is a complex phenomenon it can be defined as a (real) physical or (apparent) psychological, intimidation to the homeostasis of an organism that provokes adaptive responses striving to protect the stability of the internal body environment however this response assures endurance of the organism the presence of severe prolonged or chronic stressors can result in maladaptive.
