Abstract
In article the priority role of locomotive economy in achievement of high rates of efficiency of railway branch in general is defined. Need of improvement of motivation system of locomotive economy employees labor behavior is proved. Introduction of new cascade system of awarding on the basis of the developed key indicators of an assessment of productivity and efficiency of activity which is connected with strategic objectives and tasks of structural divisions of locomotive economy - locomotive depots is offered, that includes an assessment of the enterprise in general, an assessment of its structural departments, and, considering importance of a human factor for achievement of specific strategic objectives, each certain employee.
