Abstract
Cannabis is the most widely used drug in the world, mainly due to its ecstatic and hallucinogenic effects. Its cardiovascular effects are well established. However, there are few data on its imputability and its exact role in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease. Through this work, we report a case of acute coronary syndrome in a young patient of 20 years heavy user of cannabis without other cardiovascular risk factors.
