Influence of Communication Errors Caused by the Presence of Multiple Institutional Logics and Social Categorization in Decision-Making in Business Activities – A Content Analysis

Abstract
Considering decision-making as an information processing process at the end of which is a decision made, an ultimate choice which is unlikely to change, codes are defined in reference to theories for a content analysis. This study using secondary data accompanied by a focus group conducted in 2019 support the integrated moderation and mediation effects of completeness of information on the relation of between multiinstitutional logics, social categorization and decision making variables. First, it affirms multi-institutional logics exist in decisionmaking and their influence on decisions varies. Second, some factors might have significant influence on decision-making.
