Abstract
This document initially develops a preamble to the definition, causes and effects of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) in workers, as well as a general overview of these injuries in certain countries of the world supported by research carried out mainly in the agricultural sector, exposing the most frequent affectations during the performance of these work activities. Finally, some recommendationsand strategies are mentioned for the prevention of the disorders with greater presence in workers based on current applications or manuals designed for the promotion of safety and health at work
