Abstract
N this investigation we report mixed convection which is due to the account of Casson fluid flow past a suddenly stretching sheet and sudden introduction of Quadratic free convection at time, t′≥ 0. The governing equations are formed obeying the motion of the fluid and non-dimensionalized. The governing equations (non-dimensionalized) are then solved using numerical scheme namely the implicit finite difference method of Crank-Nicolson type. The results obtained through computations are compared with closed form solutions of restricted case for validation. The validated computer codes are then enhanced to incorporate the present problem which doesnot have closed form solutions. The results thus obtained through computation are represented using plot diagrams and the underlying behaviour is discussed.
