Abstract
Islam is a religion of life. It aims at maintaining a decent life for Man in a way that preserves his soul, mindset, money and honor. Islam has forbidden damage—if intentional— and has legislated serious punishments for violating rules. It established regulations that alleviate the psychological and livelihood effects of the–unintentional–damage. In our time, as the damages resulting from car accidents have increased, and many questions have been asked about Sharia legislations regarding the damages resulting from them. Therefore, it was necessary to know Sharia legislations in establishing compensation, compared to the Lebanese law, and its value for the human soul in the event of death or physical damage, and the answer to the problem of stopping correlation between damage and compensation whether or not a mistake is committed.
