Abstract
Organizational progression factor depends on effectual deployment of resources. It is all about how best the firm strategies are allied with ever varying business equations. Deviant Intelligence can be defined as distinctly above or below the norm, affects personality both directly and indirectly. Intelligence needs adjustment with regard to workplace dynamics. The component of personality in workplace issues is apparently vital. The organizational advancements rest with optimizing human resource intellectual capabilities utilization through their occupational contributions. This paper is an endeavor to assess the implications of employee deviant intelligence at workplace adjustment concerns.
