Abstract
Based on a case study, this article discusses the different orders (Normal and Rush) established in an automotive firm. Its analyze the impact of orders on supply chain, involved departments as well as stakeholders in the aims to propose a future state map with the implementation of Electronic Kanban. This last is part of the Lean ERP System to achieve the expected objectives of customers and increase productivity of the process.
