Octave Allegro Implementation for is Risk Management of a Cloud Based Education Information System

Many organization, including Education Institution, now investing heavily on digitalization process through the implementation of Information Technology solution to support business process and to gain competitive advantages, there are many factors that can contribute to the success or failure of such investments, hence proper implementation planning is critical. Implementation of an IT system is also potentially carry a risk of exposing negative impact to business process, reputation, and or financial loses for organization. Risk Management is one of important process critical to help organization to reduce such negative impact by identifying risk and help organization to plan for mitigation actions. In thisstudy, the Author is running a risk analysis process for the implementation of EDUMU in Muhammadyah Education Institution, Data were gained through questionnaires and interview with the system owner and analyzed using the 8 steps of OCATVE Allegro, this Research is expected to help Muammadyah Education Institution to manage the risk of implementing EDUMU and also to contribute to educational institution undergoing similar digitalization process especially in Indonesia
