Abstract
The Novel Coronavirus pandemic tormented migrant workers, corporate job-holders, lot of citizens and left transgender in the lurch.There is anintensified responsibility to grapple this issue bythe government where millions are affected.Relegated to the sidelines of the society,India's COVID-19 had hithard the transcommunityto grave plight for their survival with hunger and poverty. The crippling effects of the pandemic on HijraCommunityhadpushed to a penurious state, bereft of hope,hate mongering, clogged income stream,further social marginalization, forced to live in slums, non-access to basic identity documents, loomed fear ofhealthcare, lack of emergency response andabsolute sense of uncertainty. This article focuses on the impact of COVID-19 on Transgender entrepreneurs who grind halt for their daily income with suitable suggestions to reduce the existing woes during COVID-19.
